以nRF52840架構為基礎所開發的MDBT50Q系列模組, 以Arm® Cortex M4F處理器為核心, 可支援浮點與DSP運算. 配備1MB Flash記憶體和256 kB RAM. 此外, MDBT50Q也提供一個全速的USB 2.0控制器的介面,並支援5.5V電源輸入, 方便物聯網應用裡日漸增加的USB或鋰電池供電需求!
MDBT50Q 尺寸為 10.5 x 15.5 x 2.0 (2.2)mm, 具備48 GPIO, 並提供3種不同天線款式(陶瓷天線, PCB天線, 與外接天線)供開發者選用, 相信會帶給開發者更多彈性的選擇以面對日益多樣化的物聯網產品需求.
